Just wanted to post these adorable pictures of Drew and Mia from the other day when we met Bambi at the zoo.

Pictures in the Bluebonnets

We almost missed the bluebonnets this year! This has been an incredibly busy time for us. As most of you know, we are going to Europe this summer, and so we have been getting passports for the kids (what an exhausting process - I love the federal government!! : ) ). That took up two Saturdays. Plus, Phil was gone to Germany for a week, and will be gone again to Mexico City soon. All I can say is thank goodness for Kori. I haven't posted a picture of her with DJ yet, but I will soon. She is the Mother's Helper we hired to help out each day from about 11 to 3. I can get school done, and she takes care of DJ, does the laundry and grocery shopping and makes lunch for the kids. I'm not sure how I did it without her! : ) Our days are MUCH smoother now! All that to say, here are the bluebonnet pictures we almost didn't get done this year!

Here are some of the latest pictures of DJ. He is really changing fast. You can see all the drool on his chin: he's really working hard on getting those bottom teeth in. One has finally poked through the gum! : )
